Status Check is a Digital Health Survey that tracks the health of people attending your facility BEFORE they arrive in person. Registering and filling out the requested health survey on the app, in the safety of your own home, keeps you and others safe from the risk of contracting Covid-19 unnecessarily.
Once you complete the Status Check survey you will receive a notification confirming if you are “ok” to attend the facility or not. Alerts are sent to individuals and administrators simultaneously.
Administrators have access to accurate reports so they can maintain and minimize the health risks of the facility.
